Since graduating Summa Cum Laude from Upstate Medical University with a MPS degree in Physical Therapy, Greg has specialized in the examination and treatment of orthopedic conditions. He enjoys working with people of all ages, and loves helping people return to their sport, work, and everyday activities. He has been an invited speaker at regional medical education meetings, and coaching clinics from the high school to international level. He has also been a featured expert on strengthcoach.com, the world's leading source for performance enhancement information. Greg also believes strongly in prevention as well as rehabilitation, and has worked very successfully with high school athletic teams in injury prevention. He has also developed training plans while serving in the U.S. Army, coached teams and individual athletes at the state, national and international levels over the past 20 years, and competed in running, cycling, and triathlon competition, placing as high as 3rd in New York State. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for the US Women’s National Team in Team Handball, as well as collegiate national champion teams. Greg currently leads our fitness and prevention programs, serving adolescent athletes and adults of all ages and ability levels. Whether someone is trying to make the high school team or the Olympic Games, to return to work or to climb the stairs, Greg is proud to help them achieve their goals.
