Exercise should never be painful. If you feel worse after exercise, then something needs to change. Whatever you do in life, we can help you do it better. How many times have you said to yourself, “If only my back (or knee or shoulder) didn’t hurt when I worked out, I’d be able to get in better shape?”
We give you the independence to achieve your goals without those obstacles holding you back. In as little as 6 weeks you could be getting in shape and helping that nagging muscle or joint problem at the same time.
Group Training: Choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week. Register for 2 months, or save more by making a long-term commitment to your health and signing up for 4 months. Join with a friend or family member and you both save an additional 10%
Individual Training: Initial consultation and program design, based on your goals and a thorough assessment of your abilities, is the first step. Follow up sessions, including new program design at regular intervals, can be scheduled several times per month, a couple of times per year, or anything in between to help you reach your goals. Days, times and location are flexible to suit your schedule. Train at our facility, your gym, or even at home!
